Refund policy

General

Refunds can be made within 14 days of delivery. Orders may be cancelled up until the point they are fulfilled (shipped). Contact keith@northerncoldmusic.com to initiate a refund.

Clothing Return Policy

Clothing items are printed on demand and fulfilled via Printful. A refund will only be issued on items that have manufacturing defects. 

Vinyl Records Return Policy

If your vinyl record has manufacturing defects (completely unplayable, mislabeled sides, wrong color variant, etc), a refund can be issued. 

In most circumstances, refunds due to vinyl surface noise or light cosmetic damage from shipping will not be accepted. Surface noise is often an issue where the record needs to be cleaned, but reach out if you have questions there too.
