Fulfillment Times

Northern Cold merch store is a one-person operation, it will take me some time to prep and ship your order. Most orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days, but there may be times when I'm out of town and can't ship orders. I'll send you an order update if this happens to be the case.

Taxes / Duties

For orders shipped outside of the United States: items are considered Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that I'm responsible for shipping the package to you, but you are responsible for import duties, if they are applied once they arrive in your country. Import duties are not always required, but you do bear that risk.
